Senior in the room, always.
Every conversation, every strategy, every piece of work goes through me. You're not paying for an account manager who passes it on. The thinking, the writing and the decisions stay with the person you hired.
Founder of Collab Collective, working one-to-one with founders and growing teams across Melbourne and Australia.
I'm a fractional CMO based in Melbourne, with a 20-year background spanning marketing, partnerships, e-commerce and brand growth - including ten years as Marketing and Partnerships Director at made by Fressko. I work one-to-one with founders and growing teams who need senior marketing thinking without the full-time hire, with a particular focus on partnership marketing as a growth lever.
I've spent two decades in marketing, and I still find it genuinely interesting. The work has moved across sales, design, e-commerce, partnerships and brand-building - which means I've sat in most chairs around the table and learned what each one actually needs from a marketing lead.
For ten of those years, I was Marketing and Partnerships Director at made by Fressko. I joined when the brand was operating out of a garage and stayed through the chapter where it became a globally stocked name. That experience shaped how I think about everything - the patience real brand-building takes, the discipline of getting partnerships right, and the difference a senior marketer makes when resources are stretched and the ambition isn't.
In late 2025, I left to start Collab Collective. After more than a decade leading marketing for one founder-led brand, I was ready to bring that senior thinking to a wider mix of businesses - and to design the working life that fits this stage of my career, family included.
Partnership marketing sits at the centre of what I do, and that's deliberate. Over the years I noticed the same pattern: brands invest heavily in paid and content, then leave the highest-leverage growth channel - genuine partnerships with the right audiences - sitting on the to-do list because no-one has the time, network or playbook to run it properly. That's the gap I built Collab Collective to fill.
Today I work as a fractional CMO with a small number of growing Australian brands. Some engagements are long retainers where I'm embedded as the senior marketing voice. Others are short stints to get a specific project across the line. Either way, you get me - not a junior, not a handover - backed by a curated network of specialists I bring in when the work calls for it.
I'm based in Melbourne, work across Australia, and I'm always up for a coffee with a founder building something they care about.

The fastest way to grow a brand isn't louder marketing - it's the right relationships. I build partnership strategies that earn trust, share audiences, and create momentum that outlasts a single campaign.
We agree on what success looks like, and I make sure the work moves you toward it. If something stops serving the goal, we change it. The engagement scales up or down as the work shifts.
What I don't do: ad-hoc execution without strategy, or strategy without anyone to execute it.

Two decades across marketing, sales, design, e-commerce, partnerships and growth - working with founders, in-house teams and specialist agencies across Australia.
Led marketing through the chapter that took Fressko from a Melbourne garage operation to a globally distributed brand. Built the partnership programme, the brand voice, and the team behind it.
The work changed how I lead client conversations, how I coach in-house marketers, and how I think about behaviour change inside the brands I work with.
