How it actually works.
Every engagement starts with me. We sit down, map what you're trying to move, and get clear on where the real friction is - before anyone else is brought in.
From there, I shape the strategy and decide what the work actually needs. Sometimes that's just me. Often it's one or two boutique specialists from my network - a designer, a developer, a paid media lead, a content partner - briefed against the same plan and pulled in only for the parts that need them.
I stay across all of it. One point of contact, one person accountable, and a small team that scales up or down as the work shifts.
